Benefits:

  • Tastes amazing, like pudding, and gives you something to look forward to in the morning.
  • Keeps you full and energized for hours and hours without spiking sugar.
  • The stomach will be grateful — probiotic qualities.

This recipe makes 2–3 servings:

-1/4 cup Steel-cut oats

-2/4-3/4 cup of coconut milk or almond milk (no dairy, unsweetened)

-1 tsp of Manuka honey or regular honey

-Add fruit, such as blueberries and raisins, but you can experiment. We do not recommend bananas as they will get mushy

-12 almonds or 6 walnut halves crushed, or any nut you like

-2 pinches of coarse sea salt

Stir. Refrigerate. Go to sleep. Wake up. Stir gently. Top with sprinkled cinnamon for added anti-inflammatory benefits. You can also add any additional fruit at this time. Enjoy!
