One massage is included in your stay. If you would like to book additional massages at a special rate of $85.00 US per massage, prepay for them here. I would like to book: extra massages during my ESCAPE.

TRANSPORTATION from the Cartagena airport to the villa and from the villa to the airport is included in the price. Please provide us with your flight details below. If you do not have them available as of yet, please send to us as soon as they are available.

ESCAPE TO SHAPE CANCELLATION POLICY

As a further condition of my agreement with Escape to Shape, I represent and warrant that I have read and understand the following terms, and I agree to them in full.

I authorize Escape To Shape to charge my credit card for the entire amount of my reservation(s). I understand that the full amount is required to secure the reservation, and I understand that $1000.00 per person of this payment is non-refundable. The balance, after the $1000.00 non-refundable portion of the payment, is fully refundable provided that I cancel at least two weeks prior to my arrival date. Cancellations less than two weeks prior to arrival are non refundable, but Escape to Shape will do its best to apply the balance of my payment, after the non-refundable deposit, towards future travel with Escape to Shape, provided that, among other things, it can find a replacement or substitute for me and/or my group.

I understand that neither Escape To Shape, its employees, subsidiaries and/or affiliates, nor Malatestas Ltd, its employees, subsidiaries and/or affiliates, owns or operates any entity which provides goods or services for your trip including, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, food service providers, equipment suppliers, etc. As such, I agree that neither Escape To Shape, its employees, subsidiaries and/or affiliates, nor Malatestas Ltd, its employees, subsidiaries and/or affiliates is liable to me or any of my group for any negligent or willful act, or failure to act, by any other third party.

I hereby agree to accept responsibility for my own welfare and I accept any and all risks of delay, unanticipated events, inconvenience, illness, injury, emotional trauma or death, or acts of God/force majeure.

I hereby release and discharge Escape To Shape, its employees, subsidiaries and/or affiliates, and Malatestas Ltd, its employees, subsidiaries and/or affiliates, from and against any and all liability from activities undertaken by me or my group in connection with the trip. I agree that this release shall be legally binding upon me personally and all members of my family or group.
